I "BRONZINI", TROFEO PER I VINCITORI - THE "BRONZINI", TROPHY FOR THE WINNERS

The "Bronzini" - a much-admired product of local craftsmanship, made of patinated bronze with paw feet and the embossed inscription "Cortina 1956" and the Olympic circles - containing an Edelweiss scientifically treated to last until the end of the Games, they were given to the winners with medals and diplomas.

The "Bronzini" were the objects that best represented the Ampezzo territory and were used by local companies as gifts for their customers and guests. During the Winter Olympic Games of 1956, besides being given to the Olympic winners, together with the medals, the "Bronzini", although in reduced sizes, were also taken home by many guests of the town of Cortina.
